The rising stars of Crystal Palace have been described as having “enormous” talent, with some even being compared to the likes of Jamie Vardy. They are set to headline the next generation of football talent.

With a proud history of producing players often hailing from south London themselves, the Crystal Palace academy is currently nurturing some very promising youngsters.

Academy director Gary Issott continues to use Palace legend Wilfried Zaha as an example to young prospects, demonstrating what they could achieve in their fledgling careers.

Midfielder, 20
Acquired from Derby last summer, Ebiowei scored an incredible goal from 40 yards in Palace Under-21’s EFL Trophy clash with Stevenage this week.
He made five starts for Palace last season, before going on loan to Hull in the Championship for the second half of

Was handed his senior debut at Derby by Wayne Rooney, who said: “He has got an enormous amount of ability.”

He made his first senior appearance at Derby and was praised by Wayne Rooney who said: “He has a tremendous amount of quality.”

Crystal Palace’s 18-year-old striker, Wells-Morrison, has made three Premier League 2 appearances this season and was on the bench for the EFL Cup victory over Plymouth. He joined the club in 2022 via Watford and has since scored 14 goals in 79 minutes this season. He has been likened to Jamie Vardy in terms of his quickness and skill in the box. Wells-Morrison began his career in grassroots football at the age of 14 and has a strong work ethic and conducts himself in both the pitch and off it.
