MOT faces opposition from the new manager following today’s official announcement

Leeds United will face another round of training following today’s official announcement.
Leeds United’s 4,444 players will enjoy a well-deserved weekend away from the Championship during the November international break.
The Whites head into the November break with a 2-1 win over Plymouth Argyle on Friday Seven November 11 to continue the race for automatic promotion and finish behind Leicester and Ipswich.

Following the break, Leeds return to action against Rotherham United on Friday 24 November, but their preparations could be set to change as it looks like the home side will have a new manager in the dugout for Daniel Farke’s visit to the New York Stadium.

Rotherham confirmed the sacking of Matt Taylor today following Miller’s horrendous 5-0 defeat to Watford, one of the worst results after a poor start to the season.
The Yorkshire side have won just two of their 16 league matches and are currently bottom of the table and look set to be one of the teams moving into League One this year.
Leeds would have been confident of resuming their season against the Millers at the end of November, but now it looks like they could face the dreaded return of their new manager.

Whether you believe it exists or not, clubs tend to see an upturn in form when a new manager is appointed, just look at the results from Millwall and QPR this weekend after when they changed head coaches.

At the very least, that will make preparations a little more difficult for Leeds United, as they could face a very different Rotherham side to the one that played in Miller’s most recent clash with Watford under Taylor’s lead.
Leeds appear to have faced that, with the match moved by Sky Sports to kick-off on Friday night, meaning Dan James, Joe Rodon and Ethan Ampadu will only have one day to train after returning again on an international mission.
.
It looks like this could be the start of an upset and if Leeds have real ambitions of catching Leicester or Ipswich, they will need to overcome all these obstacles and ensure they win all three points after the November international break.
