Ahead of the match against Plymouth, an injury expert provides an update on Leeds United defender Joe Rodon due to hamstring concerns.

Dr Rajpal Brar reports that Joe Rodon, a defender for Leeds United, doesn’t seem to be as concerned about his hamstring injury as he was against Huddersfield.

According to the injury expert, he shouldn’t have any problems and will play on November 11 against Plymouth Argyle.

The Tottenham Hotspur defender had to be substituted out of the 4-1 victory over Huddersfield due to hamstring problems, according to Daniel Farke.Leeds United

Brar, a sports scientist and physical therapy specialist, exclusively spoke to MOT Leeds News about Rodon.

It sounds like a recent heavy workload caused him to experience some fatigue and/or hamstring tightness.

“In order to determine availability, the player would have undergone additional testing and seen how he responded to instruction.

“Given that he continued to play the entire game after that, he ought to be fine for the next games.”

A few days following his scare, Rodon played the full ninety minutes as his team defeated Leicester City 1-0 at the King Power Stadium. He emerged from that match unscathed, and unless something goes wrong in the days leading up to the match, he should be in the starting lineup the following weekend. This season, Rodon has been in outstanding form for the Whites, making the right center-back position his own at Elland Road.
