Mendenhall expressed his frustration with typical white men’s opinions about the NFL in a Tweet that was published and hasn’t been removed as of this writing:
“I’m tired of hearing comments on football from regular white males. You guys barely play football at all. Would you kindly have an All-Black vs. All-White bowl instead of the Pro Bowl so these cats can quit trying to show me who the best football player is? I’m superior to your goat.
