Popper reports that only the middle finger of Herbert’s left hand is bandaged, which is a downgrade from the longer coverage he wore in Los Angeles’s dominant wins over New York and Chicago that put the Chargers back on track at 4-4.
For the season, Herbert has thrown for 2,072 yards and 13 touchdowns with just four picks, good for a 97.3 quarterback rating.
