Juventus have put a price on Tottenham for Iling-Juobi
Juventus have agreed to sell Samuel Iling-Juobi to Tottenham Hotspur for €20m and will use the money to strengthen their midfield in January, after sending scouts to watch the player on a number of occasions.
Just last month, the left-sided attacker turned 20 and was part of the Chelsea youth set-up before joining Juventus in 2020. He worked his way up from the Next Gen side to the senior squad in Serie C and has been restricted to just four appearances this season, all of which have been off the bench, although he did manage to provide an assist in a 1-1 draw against Bologna. Iling-Junior has grown increasingly frustrated and is eager to leave the club, while reports in Italy suggest Juve are willing to sell him to fill the void left by the bans of Paul Pogba and Fagioli, with the asking price believed to be around €20m. The money can then be recouped by Atletico Madrid’s Rodrigo De Paul or even as part of a deal for Tottenham’s Pierre-Emile Hjbjerg.
