Cowboys Victims of Dirty Play; NFL Fines Revealed.

Dallas Cowboys victims of Jamal Adams’ and Seahawks’ dirty hits on Jake Ferguson revealed by NFL fines

After the “Thursday Night Football” game in Dallas, “Jamal Adams” was fined by the NFL for attacking the wife of an ESPN reporter online for criticizing Adams’ poor performance in the Cowboys’ win, but that wasn’t the only offense he was found guilty of.

The NFL fined Adams and fellow defensive back Quandre Diggs for dirty conduct on a play involving Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson. Ferguson was hit in the head as he fought for the end zone following a reception… and then confronted Adams, who again made contact after the whistle.

The NFL fined Diggs and Adams a total of $10.927 each for their actions in the Cowboys’ win, while Ferguson was fined a total of $5.812 for his role in the incident.

To sum up the night for the volatile Adams, this really is just the beginning of his downfall as the Seahawks fell from 6-6 to 5-7.

He was clearly angry after Ferguson caught a short pass from Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott, but he was even angrier when his failure to tackle Ferguson resulted in a Dallas touchdown.

And when someone on social media took the liberty of critiquing his defense of his TD catch by writing “Yikes,” Adams went berserk. First, he attacked the critic’s wife and her appearance in an old family photo that he dug up. Then, he continued his campaign of tone-deafness with the following defense:

“You go low, I’ll go higher,” he said.

Well, now he’s got to pay a hefty fine of $10, 929, meaning the cost of Jamal Adams’ mistakes this week just got a lot higher.

On Monday, the NFL announced a fine of $25,000 between the league and the Dallas Cowboys for Adams and another defensive back, Diggs, who were both penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct on the play.

On the play in question, the Cowboys’ tight end, Jake Ferguson, took a helmet-to-shoulder hit as he was fighting for the ball after a reception. After the hit, Ferguson confronted Adams, and Adams hit him again after the whistle blew.
