Cowboys owner has being sued again by a woman for allegedly defaming on social media.

The woman who claims to be Jerry Jones’ biological daughter has filed a new lawsuit accusing Jones and two others of defamation.

In a ruling earlier this month, a Texas judge dismissed Alexandra Davis’ suit after ruling that some of the allegations she made in two ESPN articles about the case are either true or not “defamatory.”

The judge also declared Davis to be a “limited public figure” and ordered Davis and her lawyers to withdraw their complaint.

The judge did, however, grant Davis, 26, a congressional aide, the opportunity to amend her complaint regarding an ESPN story from March 1, 2022, to include actual malice.

In the new filing, she claims that Jones, his long-time attorney Donald P. Jack, and his communications consultant Jim Wilkinson, falsely accused her of being a blackmailer, trying to extort money from Jones in retaliation for a separate suit she filed a year ago accusing him of trying to hide their relationship.

The suit also claims that Jones’ co-conspirators worked closely with ESPN’s Don Van Natta, Jr., who reported on the story.

According to ESPN, Wilkinson said Jones had no comment following the dismissal of the defamation suit last month. Van Natta declined to comment.

Jack could not be reached for comment.
