Dan Campbell sends hilarious message to Lions fans after victory

In one of the most thrilling games of Week 10, the Detroit Lions pulled away from the Los Angeles Chargers thanks to Dan Campbell’s coaching.

During this game, Campbell made several calls that were off-base from a statistical point of view.

Like it or not, Campbell’s off-the-wall antics are here to stay. As he said on the podcast “Stoney, Jensen and Heather”: “Wear a diaper before some games.”

Campbell says the same thing to his family before a Lions game. He may be different, but he commands respect in this locker room. And it’s easy to see why the Lions fan base has embraced Campbell and his new approach. After all, the Lions are 7-2, one of the NFC’s best teams. They’ve gone from one of the NFL’s worst teams to one of the best, in large part because of Campbell’s coaching style.

One of the biggest examples of his coaching style was put on display against the Chargers.

One of his most memorable moments came against the Chargers in a fourth-quarter tie. The Chargers had a chance to take the lead when they were within reach of a field goal by Riley Patterson. With plenty of time remaining on the clock, Campbell called for a fourth-down conversion, which he completed for a first down and an easy field goal as time expired. Contrary to popular belief, Campbell knows how to win games.
