After missing two games, Luis Diaz is back in the Liverpool team for the match against Luton.

Since his parents were kidnapped in Colombia, Luis Diaz has made his first appearance for Liverpool.

Luis Diaz has returned to the Liverpool squad for the first time since his parents were kidnapped in Colombia

Following his absences from games against Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth, Diaz has been named on the bench for the match at Kenilworth Road.

Following reports of his father and mother’s kidnapping over the weekend, the Colombian international resumed training earlier this week in Merseyside.

On the same night that four armed men on motorcycles abducted the two from the streets of their hometown in the Colombian La Guajira region, Diaz’s mother was set free, but his father is still missing.
